Practitioner Profile

My name is Annette Baumgart. I have always had a keen interest in natural therapies and began studying modules in 2000 in preparation for Naturopathy. I first discovered Bowen Therapy in 2003, after an accident, which other forms of therapy had, had little or no effect. I was so impressed with what the Bowen technique was able to achieve that I decided to learn it. Thus, my plan to become a Naturopath went out the window and my Bowen journey began. I completed my Cert IV and began working with Bowen in 2006. As I began working with the technique my passion for this wonderful technique grew and I continued with my work and study, completing my Diploma of Bowen Therapy in 2008. During this time I have witnessed many miraculous and amazing changes in people and their lives. Eventually I decided I would like the opportunity to share this gift and knowledge with others and began training to become a Bowtech Instructor. 'Every body is better with Bowen'.
