Hello and Welcome

I came across Bowen therapy after ineffectively trying out Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and back clinics for severe postnatal back pains I was suffering.

I was very surprised at how gentle and non-invasive the moves were. Within a few sessions I went from taking 8 painkillers a day everyday to possibly only 2 a week.

I was so surprised at the effectiveness of this method that I decided to train in it myself. My initial idea was that I would help myself and my family but during the course of my training I was amazed by the results I was getting from all of my case studies.

I have since then been asked by several of the case studies to continue the treatments and have been recommended to several of their friends and family too.

I now use it in my day-to-day life and my greatest reward is the feeling that I have helped someone become free of pain. It works beautifully on people of all ages from pregnant women to babies and elderly alike. It is painless, relaxing, non-invasive and effective.

I qualified as a Bowen therapist with the Bowtech in 2013 and enjoy developing my skills with regular advanced courses. I am a member of the Bowen Association, and adhere to their standards of training and conduct. I am also fully insured.
