Stepping Stones To Health was founded by Jo Douglas after she recovered from an extensive health journey with rheumatoid arthritis.
She has walked her talk and knows exactly what it is like to suffer from chronic pain and what it takes to make the journey to health. She has recovered from the debilitating autoimmune condition and with the help of Bowen, has recovered from a variety of structural issues.
Throughout her journey, Jo immersed herself in all things to do with healing, used food as medicine, and studied Bowen Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, and Bioenergetic Therapy. She likes to look at the overall picture of a person's health and is adept at reading the body and understanding the interplay between physical structure, nutrition, bioenergectics and emotions.
