Practitioner Profile

After practicing as a massage therapist for many years I was looking for something that wasn't as taxing on my body. My mother suggested Bowen Therapy after she had been to see Anne Schubert for injuries due to hockey.
So I signed up and studied under the wonderful Anne, and what a difference Bowen has made to my life.
I am a total mind, body Bowen advocate and am still amazed after every session at how each individual reacts.
I strive to provide a comforting space for clients on their healing journey.
