I have always been passionate about helping others, this is why I completed my Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy. I am nearly finished my Diploma in Bowen Therapy and Specialised treatments.

After hurting my back in a car accident back in 2004, I found it hard to function as I once did, just the simple tasks of standing and sitting for only a short time would cause pain. I did all the recommended rehabilitation by my doctor (physio, chiro, massage), but nothing seemed to ease the pain, it was like a bandaid it would continue to come back. One of my friends asked if I'd heard of Bowen Therapy. I had no idea what it was, but had tired everything else so why not give it a go... Bowen changed my life, i could function again!
Bowen Therapy was the only therapy that worked!

Once time and money was available, I started my journey to become a Bowen therapist, so I could help others who have tried everything and nothing seemed to work.

I am always keen to expand my current knowledge to help my clients bodies to rebalance, reduce aches and pains and to destress.
